Seems to me when ever i want to do anything anymore i always get the question why arnt you drinking? Are you driving?

No !! What the fuck, whats with all the booze, can i not just hang out and be social without all this money spent on drinking. Im not sure what it is just seems to thats all i get when i meet up with people. Drink Drink, and more Drinking. I’ve had enough of all this drinking and expectation to drink and get drunk. Some of my best sober nights would have been even better if not for all the drink pestering.

I enjoy a drink when i feel like a drink but the majority of the time im in just a good frame of mind to not need a drink. When ever people want to see each other in my area, there is always drink involved. Do people hang out without drink, whats normal? I haven’t seen any people for a while because im avoiding the drinking situations. If it involves just drinking then im out. People never seem to get together for healthy reasons, lets meet up and drink vegetable juice and water. Thats my kind of buzz , lets meet up or go out partying. The drink is just an expensive product that is sold by the clubs and pubs to make a profit. Ive been on nights out where almost the entire night was consumed waiting at the bar to get served, drinking then going back to the bar and waiting to get served again. So stupid and pointless, and the expense £3.50 per bottle spending £30+ booze , being sick , feeling sick, and spending the next day being sick. Paying £30 to be ill , what? paying to get sick. Actually spending allot of money to pay to be ill this is crazy just so crazy. There is no logic in this and the cost involved is stupid.

This is not an easy thing for me to do, i keep trying to fall in love but i just don’t feel it. If i find a girl i like it feels to staged and unnatural. Like im trying to enjoy myself of feel something. I don’t think love and relationships come naturally to me, or maybe i still haven’t found that person where things just click and all seems easy and lovely. Still trying , ive started to use the social sites more and looking to meet new people by using the net.

Possibly going to more clubs and society. This just all seems like so much work just to find someone to love, i cant believe something that is supposed to happen naturally needs so much time and planning.

Ive been to social events so much, the whole process almost is starting to seem mechanical, and still no love.

MMMM will find some love , it just takes time (years) in my case.

Self-Confidence

As someone with high self-confidence, you feel quite comfortable interacting with other people. Indeed, you find the company of others very stimulating and enjoy meeting new people. Your relaxed demeanor in groups makes people around you comfortable too. Perhaps because you feel comfortable talking about yourself, others tend to enjoy being around you and perceive you as socially competent.
The confidence that helps you feel comfortable talking to people also spills into your own personal beliefs about yourself. Although you have several strengths, it’s likely that you also acknowledge and accept your weaknesses. But unlike some people, you take full responsibility for your actions—you rarely regret things you’ve done in the past and are not embarrassed easily.
Perhaps the defining feature that sets you apart from most people is the exceptionally high standards that you set for yourself. Your competence in social gatherings as well as at work should provide ample evidence for this. With these characteristics, it’s very likely that people come to you for advice and generally think of you as someone with leader-like qualities.

Family Orientation

As someone who is oriented to familial matters, you value the company of family-members and domestic life. If you have children already, you enjoy spending time with them very much and work hard to be a good parent. If you don’t have children, you very much desire having children in the future. And your preference for cooking and entertaining guests at home will likely ease the transition into parenthood.
You take pride in maintaining and cultivating a healthy family and work hard to achieve this. This natural tendency is easily illustrated by your preference for doing things around the house as opposed to going out to clubs and restaurants.
What really sets you apart from people that are low in family orientation is that you know how to manage your frustrations and work well on your own. This means that you are well-equipped to manage a family without letting all the work that is involved wear you down. However, as someone with strong family values, all the work that is involved in maintaining a tidy home and well-stocked kitchen might occasionally make it difficult for you to finish everything that you need to do.

Self-Control

The self-control personality dimension captures the way in which a person regulates and directs him or herself. Being low in self-control can be both good and bad. Occasionally people may be compelled to follow their intuitions and give in to their temptations, and your degree of self-control makes this likely to happen more often than not. This can be good in circumstances where being relaxed and open are important. However, in situations where it is necessary to be focused and careful, you might find that you do or say things that may be inappropriate.
As someone who exerts little control over your actions, you may find that you commit social blunders that might offend other people and get yourself in trouble. For example, if you’re given responsibility to work on a project that requires close attention to detail, you may be likely to overlook important details because you have difficulty staying focused. Consequently, you might feel more comfortable delegating such tasks to other people who are more detail oriented. Being able to recognize such characteristics in yourself and having more detail-oriented people do such tasks could be an effective way to manage your own stress level.
Low self-control may diminish your effectiveness at work. Acting too relaxed can make it difficult for you to focus on projects that require organized sequences of steps or stages. Thus, your ability to accomplish may be inconsistent. Indeed, it’s possible that you might be criticized periodically for being unreliable or unable to “stay within the lines.” Nonetheless, you may still experience many short-lived pleasures and never be thought of as boring.

Openness

As someone high in openness, you have a strong appreciation for beauty, both in art and nature. Indeed, it’s likely that you are easily absorbed in music and art, as well as natural phenomena. Another aspect of your openness is your emotional insight; that is, you probably have good access to and awareness of your own emotions.
Another aspect of the openness dimension is the tendency to think about abstract concepts and ideas. This thinking style may take the form of artistic and metaphorical use of language, and/or music composition or performance. Thus, it is likely that, either in your work or spare time, you enjoy activities that get your “creative juices” flowing.
Your tendency to be open-minded can have advantages and disadvantages. For instance, when there are no clear rules about how to approach a particular problem, your openness makes it easier for you to identify new ways to solve problems that might not be very obvious to people that are not as open as you are. In contrast, you may be bored easily in situations that lack high amounts of intellectual stimulation. In such cases, you might have difficulty excelling on projects that do not provide much stimulation or require much creative thinking.

Easygoingness

Easygoingness refers to one’s ability to relax. Based on your score, you appear to “take things as they come” and enjoy having a good time. However, being high in easygoingness also has the potential to produce stress in a number of ways. For example, you may find it difficult to complete tasks thoroughly and efficiently. In this way, being high in easygoingness cannot only make your life difficult, but also the lives of the people around you. Another potential problem with being too high in easygoingness is that it can provide you with gratification in the short-term, but in the long-term provide undesirable consequences.
High easygoingness, even when not seriously destructive, may also diminish your effectiveness at work, for example. You may find it aversive and difficult to put in all the effort that may sometimes be needed to effectively accomplish certain tasks. For this reason, your colleagues might view you as forgetful and unfocused.

How does your personality affect your love life?

With the strong degree of self-confidence that you possess, it’s no surprise that you get along well with most people. Indeed, it’s self-confidence that allows people to feel comfortable interacting with others without feeling insecure and vulnerable. For this reason, you shouldn’t have much difficulty in romance, at least not initially. Your social skills will likely help relieve any anxiety your romantic partners might have on those first few dates. However, over time, the high standards that you have for yourself could potentially frustrate your partner.
Given how much you value family life, you probably get along best with people who share your values and beliefs. In fact, it’s likely that you maintain close connections with members of your immediate and distant family. For this reason, you would probably be most satisfied in a romantic relationship with someone who also values domestic life.
Being in a relationship with someone who enjoys going out to parties and staying-up late at night might be fun, at least initially; yet it’s likely that you will find this tiring over time. Thus, it might be easier and more satisfying for you to develop a long-lasting relationship with a person who also enjoys spending time at home and desires starting a family. On first dates, perhaps you might suggest to your partner that the two of you spend a quiet night having dinner at one of your respective homes instead of going out to a restaurant or club.
As someone who is more relaxed than most people, you likely get along with most people quite well. Chances are that your friends and colleagues perceive you as lively, fun to be with, and good-humored. When it comes to romance, you’ll likely be attracted to most people. However, your free-spirited nature might make being in a relationship with a person that is more rigid than you difficult because you might perceive the person as being too uptight and controlling.
Your openness probably makes it easy for you to respect and appreciate people that are different from you. However, when it comes to romantic relationships, your openness might make it difficult for you to tolerate people that cannot appreciate diversity as much as you. Therefore, you may be happiest in serious relationships with people that share your open-mindedness. But, your openness might occasionally cause a certain degree of dependency on your end because you may be so open that you easily adopt the preferences and habits of your partners and gradually relinquish things that make you so unique.

Congratulations! You just completed the Plenty of Fish Chemistry Predictor!

The Plenty of Fish Compatibility Predictor (CP) measures five broad relationship variables that are each essential for building romantic relationships. People don’t need to score “high” on each of these characteristics to be in a fulfilling relationship. What’s important is how your profile interacts with the profile of a potential romantic partner — or what is commonly called “chemistry.” Based on decades of empirical research in the social sciences, the CP captures the five key ingredients that can determine whether or not two people have the “right” psychological chemistry. The relationship variables are:

Self-Confidence, or the degree to which a person feels comfortable with him or herself. People that are high in self-confidence tend to be assertive and competent in both their private and public relationships. People that are low in self-confidence tend to be reticent and somewhat anxious.

Family Orientation, or the degree to which a person supports and values the family. People that are family-oriented tend to want or already have children, are very close to their immediate relatives and prefer cooking at home to eating at a restaurant. People that are not family-oriented tend to be individualistic, unconventional and very much enjoy attending parties and social functions.

Self-Control, or the extent to which a person exerts control over various aspects of life. People that are high in self-control tend have strong emotional reactions to things and try to regulate those feelings by micromanaging and attending to specific details. People that are low in self-control are usually relaxed, even-tempered and lenient.

Openness, or the extent to which a person is open to and dependent upon others. People that are high in openness tend to like a wide range of things (e.g., food, music, movies, etc.), in part because they are concerned with pleasing other people. In contrast, people low in openness are very independent and opinionated; they know what they like and aren’t apt to change their opinion.

Easygoingness, or a person’s work ethic and degree of mental flexibility. People that are high in easygoingness are very relaxed, broadminded and unaffected by change. In contrast, people low in easygoingness tend be hardworking, firm, and sometimes inflexible.

IMPORTANT: Before reading your profile, remember that the report is based on generalizations from research on an international validation sample. Some feedback may not apply to your case. For instance, we know that overall those scoring “moderate or high” on Family Orientation tend to either want children soon or are open to the idea in the future. However, this generalization may not be accurate for all moderate and high scorers. Use these results for self-awareness and self-reflection…and hopefully as a conversation piece with other Plenty of Fish members!

ok enough for now ,  but more to come , do you think that questions are a good idea?

When the mood changes.

People and myself think that they are stuck in a rut. How can this be true when moods change in an instance. Feelings and moods and energys can be changed in a second and stay changed until some new stimulus apears. I was very refreshed and happy after a hour long run, i had seen allot of different things and places. I had the runners high you get when you have pushed yourself for a period of time and feeling happy. Conteneted i walked in to my house and knocked a load of freshly washed sheets all over the floor , in an instance the memory and feeling of the run were taken away. And i felt a bit clumsy and stupid.

After having a nice hour in the pool and swimming and once again feeling the nice tired feeling acosiated with having exerted myself. I was walking home and got in a situation with some rude passers by, heckling and cojoling. I found that in that instance the good vibes had been forced to one side.

The negative feeling and patterns that sometime replay over and over. The guilt and worrie these can all be lost in seconds. It takes some action to just have other experiances, places and people. Some new stimulus to remind you that life moves forward and is contained in the current moment.
Same when i feel any other jelouse feelings or regret, just get away from the current situation. If you are obsessed with a girl and cant get her out your mind , then walk around a town. There will be so many distractions that it will put the whole thing in to perspective.

Going around i love how some situations just fall in to place correctly. People as a whole always have a way to iron out the bumps. Some times just stay with a situation and eventualy the most efficiant and productive pattern will emerge.

With my new job i am still in the stage where i have to think about what i am doing , but soon i will be able to sit back and see the process happening infront of me. This is how i like some processes to be.

working on the touch typing. still doing an hour a day touch typing i think, keep working at it and eventually i will be able to do it this is how you touch type. I still need to get my accuracy up a little.

Went for a swim today, went swimming i found it a little trickey. Just a little not sure why.

Found a cat ball, in the garden. It bounces pretty darn good.

Nice little blonde ahh i do enjoy these. Only downside is she is a smoker. What are people doing smoking, Its really bad for health. Nice little blonde. Nice body. But probably poisoned a little on the inside.

Say my new call center today , it looked good . Very nice. I will have to go down there and check it out some more before. Oh yea tell the guys about it.

Feeling a little envoiuse today, my friend is going to university and it seems like this guy is going to have the experiance i wish i had. I can only congratulate the guy for his achievments and personal mastery. But i cant help to compare myself either. after all if you can see your dream or other  wishes being played out in front of you how can you not marvel and wish to learn some of the rules. So yeah very nice to see people doing well. Its nice to have positive role modles, people who you feel proud to talk to and understand. Another nice little moment today was finding out how a college celebrates there birthday. The key fact was well planned suprises by her friends, well planned events can be very profound if done right. It only takes a little bit of effort to enjoy situations that are far from the ordinary. A little planning and events can come together. Those little moments.

Was happy for her also today. Nice little treat. What could i plan, some ideas. Places and treats. All sweet experinaces that just require a little effor and imagination.

So im all swam out , not all typed out. But as tomorow is an early start, i think this day is pretty much all played out.

Some girls profile’s say i need to be screwed. Read these they are really intresting. Facebook is a cool way to keep together.

I am going to be reading a book called Born To Run over the next few days so this is going to be a further update on the whole thing.

Swimming pools are a good place to practice flips. Roles and flexibility.

I find it hard to concentrate when she is around, it makes the most simple task so difficult. she is the finest distraction, as i try to look forward i cant help me see beyond this beuty that is in the corner of my eye , this sweet and sickly distraction. i try to make excuses and pick fault the reasons why i should not look but, these imperfections as subtle as they are only increase the the texture and depth of the image as i look deeper and deeper and get pulled away from everything else, all colors and energys are drawn towards her. i cannot look , a table and a wall seem so ugly they beg me to look away and her beuty shines from all areas. i am stuck i holding my breath, i am sitting in this feeling. i am touching a little , just enough to see that this is a real situation i find myself in. i look down and her feet and mine are almost touching our body language is saying we feel the same. i try to show her but i know that she will see what ever she wants to, i have taken my fair share of hidden glances in her direction which she will never know about. i have wonderd about her and thought about many conversations and poems to sing to her, but when we meet words are usless i am stuck in the silence of the moment just looking her way.

Leap of Faith in to the Unkown Web

Changing Servers and domains changes everything. This leap of faith applies to the change of BeWiseMonkey.Com changing its server on the web, the site was getting good quality hits everyday , up to 1000 hits a day and has all the promise of growing to be a nice popular site, for all those people who like watching funny monkeys, checking some nice girl pictures and reading some random articles. Unfortunatly the site was on WordPress.com which has a very little tolerance for advertising.

Affiliate links and adverts are not allowed on WordPress and so i was risking the site by having it on there. Not that i could have just taken ads off the site, but i want to be able to advertise on my site and i dont want all my articles to be deleted. So the choice was to take a leap of faith and move away from WordPress.com and hoste privatly but still using WordPress.org to manage site contents. Having used the wordpress content and system i am happy with it and it provides me with the tools which suit my level of Webmaster intelligence.

Google and other services dont know the site has moved my page rankings on googles searchs still come up the same but the BeWiseMonkey.Com they link too is differnet to the current location the site is in. So back to square one, i dont know how the traffic will grow now i have no associations with the wordpress.com tagging lists as i used to get good traffic from them and im not sure if customers search terms will take a while to hit in to my site again.

Leaving WordPress.com and now out in the big open internet, maybe this happend to soon. I could have removed advertising from my blog and carried on and tryed to build the site visits to 10-20k per day then left anouncements advising people to keep the webname on favorites list and that it will be offline for a few days while it gets rebuilt on the new server. Another thing is the site has had to undergo new design modifications as the old theme didnt transfer over.

Being with WordPress you are not allowed to modify htlm code either so your pages and posts are pretty much fixed with in what the simple scripts will allow, now the site is able to have flash and other forms of Htlm i think it will be a steep learning curve and also a little bit of fun to see what else can be included to the visit. I am a complete coding beginer so its slow steps but overall time will tell whether the leap of faith was worth it.

Right now im in the middle of trying to get the six pack, i currently got a two pack but i think thats how they apear. If i suck my gut in and tense you can see two long thick bars of muscle, but none of the definition of six blocks of muscle.

So still working on the six pack, i dont follow a strict routine. I try to mix up every day with somthing new for the core area, Below are some examples of what i do for my core.

Exersise During Breaks and TV Adverts

Plank while the adverts are on, When im watching a show during the adverts i will hold myself in the plank position. This is a real test of endurance as it becomes difficult to hold after 1 minute . After a minute the whole core really tightens and begins to clench and qwiver. I think this twitching and qwivering while holding this position is how come this is so effective. The twitiching really works the core deep and does a good job getting all the muscle fibers working. this position soon highlights the weakspots as well, before when i was holding the plank the top of my shoulders would be the first to fail but now it seems its more of a whole core and sides that make me want to give up .

Doing exersise during the adverts is a tool that i always use, i dont exersise during the adverts of every show. But i do this technique daily. Try pushing out as many situps or pushups during the adverts of an hours worth of TV.

It really gets you moving and away from all those pointless adverts, which i hate. Watching TV you are being a couch potato, if you do the adverts of intensive exersise then you are getting up to 4 intervals perhour of high intesity . Or if you dont want to do too much , during the adverts shadow box the charectors on the adverts… lol or do some stretching. Loosen your body up a little and get some flexibility and get your self relaxed and ready for the next part of the show.

With allot of time being spent watching tv you can also spend allot of time doing bodyweight conditioning. Regular testing of your muscles over the day will bring out good results. after just two or three days of doing this its now a fun part of watching tv, and i can almost do 30 pressups during the breaks.

You should really stretch and move around during these breaks too, just sitting is a low energy form of using your body. Your body needs to be activated regular and joints used in their full range of motion.

Abs to music. Core workout movements in time with music

One of my other methods of getting the Six pack and i think this is a killer, is doing ab exersise while listning to music. If you put on some tunes and then lay on your back and then do crunches and situps while dancing (hard to explain but you will feelit if you do it) Dont just do sit ups going up and down up and down. But mix them up allot and throw in some arm movements and a few little dance moves and drop some elbows when you get to the upright position. This way you are having fun its about your body and enjoying the music , but your also giving yourself a few minutes of an awsome core routine.

I cheat a little but having my feet pinned down during my core moves but this just gives me some stability so i can really focus on all the areas of the core. I think that having my feet pinned down and doing allot of different motions has really boosted the results i will post pictures after 30 days to see if there is any difference.

Using a mirror during core exersise.

Another good tip is to check your abs and core in a mirror, or even do some tensing exersises in front of the mirror. using a mirror you can really suckin your abs and tense them and move around and tense your abs while seeing where they are developing.

Try doing the stomach vacume while looking in front of the mirror. The stomach vacume exersise is where you pull in your gut as much as possible. Like at school when you used to show of your ribs! Pull in your stomach and gut as far as you can and hold this. or do lots of reps of pulling it in then relaxing maybe 10-20 reps. This method may make you feel like being sick. Or try and get your stomach muscles to roll in a wave effect . You just want to use the mirror to work your controll of your muscles and learn how to use them and flex them properly.

The Wheel , wheel rollouts and ab wheels

An advanced tool is an ab wheel , this little tool is another body killer. It will test your arms , back, legs, core, your neck! your grip everything. This is another simple tool that costs about $5 that will use your body against its self. There is many ways you can use this little tool , simply rolling forward and back will pull every fiber in your body. Your whole muscle and skellington will be crunching at the same time. Its hard enough to get 20 reps on the knees then you can step it up again by doing it from standing. It will take time to master this but dude, this is a action that only a few can perform and it will really give you some edge over the comptiton when it comes to overall body strenght compisition.

Drink water

Just drink lots of water as well , to get your abs or any exersise done you gotta drink enough water. I will fill up a 2liter bottle first thing and its usally drank by the evening. Ive read allot of articles that promote that drinking water is one of the foundations of health and weight loss. Thirst and hunger give the same body symptoms, if you feel hungry or a bit peckish like you want to grab some food, it is possibly that you are just in need of some water. They got the same symptoms and feelings so drink a glass of water it will usally do the trick and satisfy that need.

Take a multivitimatin

You wanna be taking a multivitamin just as a precaution to make sure your mineral needs are hit. I have a very good diet already but ive really felt a positive difference since ive been taking a quality sports multivitamine. They are tailored to sports as being a man i am a natural athlete, the multivitamines i take have a complex of aminos as well like larginine which really gets a good booste of feeling good and working out hard.

Food

Eat real food, dont eat processed shit, or junk food. If you need to make it with real ingredients then its better for you.

Cold showers

Ive written a few posts on these cold showers and i think they really do help, to tone and condition the body.
